What gives Garlic Crunch it’s amazing flavors?  Our process is simple.  We take great care in sourcing our ingredients, making sure that we get them as fresh as possible.  And then, the ingredients are lovingly handcrafted/prepared in small batches until we achieve a flavorful mix of finely chopped, roasted garlic, roasted chili and spices in our special oil blend.

Garlic Crunch’s flavors and textures are so amazing, it’s a most welcome condiment to all kinds of dishes—chicken, beef, seafood, roasted vegetables, soups & stews. Used as toppings, they readily enhance the flavor profiles of simple rice and noodle dishes. It’s fantastic drizzled over serious salads as well.

Our raw garlic and chilis are sourced from small growers in the Philippines’ fertile Cavite region–traditionally known for family-run vegetable farms that supply the needs of the major markets, hotels and restaurants in Luzon, the largest island in the country.

Infusing the right amount of subtle heat and flavor to our MILDLY SPICY Garlic Crunch and fiery hotness to our SUPER HOT Garlic Crunch is “Siling Labuyo”. Packing heat levels close to cayenne pepper and habanero chili, this “wild chili” of the tropical islands is 10 to 40 times hotter than Latin America’s Jalapeno chili. 

Marked as an endangered heritage food by the Slow Food Ark of Taste, Siling Labuyo is becoming harder to source.

By buying chili harvests directly from local farmers, we encourage them to continue growing this important crop so they can help promote siling labuyo farming as a viable industry.
